The buyer is seeking vendors to provide Career and Technical Education programs, services, and instructional supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. The buyer requests electronic submission of proposals. Multiple vendors will be awarded to offer various types and categories of CTE materials and services.

• Provide Career and Technical Education programs, services and instructional supplies
• Deliver products and services on an 'as needed' basis
• Offer competitive pricing for group orders
• Maintain an online catalog of available products
• Provide installation services if applicable
• Offer repair and maintenance services for supplied equipment
• Comply with district policies and procedures
• Submit detailed invoices matching purchase orders
• Accept purchase orders via mail, fax, e-procurement or email
• Provide customer service and technical support
