• Possess current, valid DBHDS license to provide Mental Health Community Support Service
• Employ personnel with applicable licensing and professional standards to bill for MHSS
• Be contracted with Managed Care Organizations to bill for Medicaid MHSS services

• Provide Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals across Loudoun County
• Deliver services meeting DBHDS, DMAS, and Managed Care Organization requirements
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals on treatment planning
• Coordinate services with MHSADS Case Managers and other providers
• Provide culturally and linguistically competent treatment services
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and Individual Treatment Team Meetings
• Submit reports and documentation as requested by Contract Administrator
• Bill Medicaid and other third-party payers before billing MHSADS
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
• Employ and train qualified personnel meeting licensing requirements
