The buyer seeks to obtain firm fixed price proposals from service providers to provide Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals served by the Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse and Developmental Services. The buyer requires providers to deliver individualized training in functional skills, medication management, and health monitoring to empower individuals to achieve community stability and independence. Services must meet state and federal requirements and be coordinated with other providers.

- Possess current, valid DBHDS license to provide Mental Health Community Support Service
- Employ personnel with applicable licensing and professional standards to bill for MHSS
- Be contracted with Managed Care Organizations to bill for Medicaid MHSS services
- Provide Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals across Loudoun County
- Deliver services meeting DBHDS, DMAS, and Managed Care Organization requirements
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals on treatment planning
- Coordinate services with MHSADS Case Managers and other providers
- Provide culturally and linguistically competent treatment services
- Participate in treatment planning meetings and Individual Treatment Team Meetings
- Submit reports and documentation as requested by Contract Administrator
- Bill Medicaid and other third-party payers before billing MHSADS
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
- Employ and train qualified personnel meeting licensing requirements
