The buyer currently offers three PPO health plans, one dental plan and one vision plan. The contract will be for an initial 3-year period with options to renew. The buyer requires cost containment services, wellness initiatives, and extensive provider networks.

• Provide group health, dental and vision insurance programs
• Offer three PPO health plans with specified deductibles and coinsurance
• Provide one PPO dental plan and one PPO vision plan
• Administer plans for active employees, pre-65 retirees and COBRA participants
• Implement cost containment and utilization management services
• Offer wellness and health education initiatives
• Provide wide network of providers and pharmacies
• Conduct data management and reporting
• Provide dedicated account management and member services
• Assist with implementation and communications
