• Create structured day programs
• Design interpersonal skill building activities
• Establish tutoring/academic enhancement services
• Provide substance abuse counseling
• Offer family counseling services
• Develop gang intervention/prevention programs
• Implement gun violence prevention initiatives
• Conduct mental health assessments
