Buyer is seeking proposals to provide workforce development activities and services to eligible job seekers in Cherokee, Greenville, Spartanburg and Union Counties, South Carolina. The selected provider will operate as the One-Stop Operator for SC Works centers and deliver Adult and Dislocated Worker career and training services. The provider will also coordinate Business Services and employer engagement activities. Proposals must address how the provider will achieve performance standards for employment, earnings, and credential attainment.
