The buyer is requesting proposals for the implementation, operational support services and SaaS hosting of an integrated electronic disease surveillance and outbreak management system. The system must be interoperable with other health information systems and comply with federal reporting standards. It will replace the current electronic disease surveillance system. The project includes initial installation, configuration, data migration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support.

• Offeror's system must be fully implemented COTS system in at least two public health jurisdictions
• Offeror must have been in business for at least five years
• Offeror must participate in at least one national level workgroup for EDSS

• Implement new Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS)
• Configure and integrate EDSS with existing systems
• Import legacy disease surveillance and case data
• Provide training on new EDSS
• Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support
• Ensure compliance with CDC and industry standards
• Implement data exchange capabilities with other health systems
• Develop customizable workflows for disease management
• Implement advanced analytics and reporting features
• Ensure system meets federal and state reporting requirements
