The buyer seeks to provide high-speed, state-of-the-art dedicated GigE and 10GigE digital data network services among its various sites. This connectivity will accommodate present and future digital application needs. The buyer requires a terrestrial-based full duplex managed fiber optic service connecting 46 sites to the district's Admin Service Center. The contract will be for a minimum of 5 years with options to renew.

• At least two years' experience in K-12 fiber network implementation and support
• Ability to provide remote support of the entire system
• Registered with USAC Schools and Libraries Division as Telecommunications Provider
• Valid E-Rate provider with approved SPIN

• Install secure terrestrial-based managed connectivity service between district MDF and 46 remote locations
• Provide minimum 10GigE dedicated fiber connections to all remote school sites
• Obtain necessary right-of-ways for the project
• Guarantee 99.95% uptime during school/work days
• Provide remote support and on-site maintenance as needed
• Allow district authorization to make changes to layer 3 network devices
• Implement fiber loop to enhance network resiliency (optional)
