The buyer is seeking proposals to design, engineer, and install Phase 2 of a town-wide fiber optic network. The project involves expanding the existing backbone to connect additional municipal sites. The buyer requires a private dark fiber network to be fully owned by the town. The network must be designed with redundancy and utilize single mode fiber.

• Design and engineer a fiber optic municipal area network
• Install fiber optic cable on existing poles and in conduits
• Terminate fiber connections within buildings
• Provide fiber optic materials including cable, panels, and connectors
• Create detailed fiber strand maps and route documentation
• Test and certify the completed fiber network
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the network
• Integrate with existing Phase 1 fiber backbone
• Connect multiple municipal buildings and sites to the network
• Implement a redundant network topology design
