Buyer is seeking shredding services for various County locations. The contractor will service approximately 20 sites with different types of containers and provide secure document and media destruction. Services include on-site shredding, electronic media destruction, and recycling of destroyed materials. The contractor must comply with industry standards and regulations.

• 2/26/2025 - Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
• 3/19/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Provide secure document shredding services for various County locations
• Service approximately 20 sites within the County at various intervals
• Provide combination of consoles, 65- and 96-gallon containers
• Provide letter/legal box shredding services
• Provide media destruction services
• Render all paper documents unreadable and indecipherable after shredding
• Destroy electronic media according to NIST 800-88 guidelines
• Recycle destroyed material
• Provide secure lockable containers with keys
• Conduct annual background checks on all employees and contractors
