Buyer seeks qualified providers to facilitate behavioral health services for students and families through its Family Resource Centers. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, with a focus on serving indigent, uninsured, or low-income populations. • Provide individual behavioral health services for FWISD students and families
• Offer family behavioral health services through Family Resource Centers
• Conduct group behavioral health sessions for FWISD community
• Perform intake and assessment services for referred families
• Coordinate service options and dispositions for behavioral health needs
• Facilitate behavioral health services for indigent, uninsured, or low-income students
• Collaborate with existing FRC co-located providers
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of student and family information
• Participate in case management and care coordination
• Develop and implement family-friendly service plans
