- Offer up to 6 EAP assessment, referral, and problem-solving sessions per issue
- Provide performance consultation services for supervisors and managers
- Deliver critical incident stress debriefing services
- Offer work-life services including legal and financial consultations
- Conduct employee and supervisor orientations and trainings
- Generate quarterly and annual utilization reports
- Maintain a network of mental health providers
- Provide online resources and mobile app access to EAP services
