Cherry Creek School District No. 5

The buyer is seeking proposals to either relocate an existing 10GB fiber internet circuit or provide a new 10GB dedicated internet service. This is due to the demolition of a building housing the current circuit. The new circuit location will be at the Transportation West Building. The contract will be for 36 months starting July 1, 2025. The buyer requires the ability to upgrade bandwidth during the contract term.

• 3/7/2025 - Response to Written Inquiries
• 3/21/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/25/2025 - Contract Award

• Must be eligible for E-Rate reimbursement with valid E-Rate SPIN

• Move existing 10GB Zayo fiber internet circuit to new location
• Provide new 10GB dedicated commodity internet access
• Install fiber and necessary hardware for new circuit
• Provide option to upgrade bandwidth during contract term
• Meet E-Rate eligibility requirements
