The buyer is seeking vendors to provide SafeCare Colorado services in Delta and Montrose Counties. The program provides in-home support to parents and caregivers with children from birth to age five to promote health and safety. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all SafeCare Colorado site requirements and responsibilities. The contract period will begin upon execution and end on June 30, 2026, with possible renewals.

• Provide SafeCare Colorado services in Delta and Montrose Counties
• Conduct home visits to teach parents child health, safety, and interaction skills
• Collaborate with child welfare departments and community partners
• Maintain required caseloads and complete performance targets
• Collect and report program data
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities
• Participate in training and professional development
• Comply with program fidelity and accreditation requirements
• Submit required reports and documentation
• Participate in program evaluation activities
