- Implement evidence-based services certified by ADMH or agree to become certified
- Align services with 2024 Best Practices: Services Implementation Overview
- Provide mental health, substance use, recovery and other support services
- Conduct screenings and assessments for behavioral health issues
- Implement lethal means safety interventions and training
- Enhance crisis care and behavioral health care services
- Facilitate follow-up care and continued treatment
- Increase capacity and improve delivery of evidence-based healthcare
- Address upstream risk and protective factors for veterans
