• Provide employment opportunities for youth ages 14-24

• Deliver employment skills training and job readiness workshops
• Offer job recruitment and placement services
• Provide ongoing case management and follow-up support
• Perform outreach to promote services and reach target youth
• Collect and report required program data and outcomes
