The buyer seeks a vendor to operate a comprehensive program of individualized educational and social-emotional services for regular and special education students in grades 6-12. The program must align with the buyer's curricular standards and provide academic, behavioral, and social skill interventions. The vendor will be provided space in a district building and serve approximately 100 students at any given time. The program must operate under district administration and policies, including training in trauma, culturally relevant teaching, and restorative practices.

• Hold valid Delaware teaching certificate for core academic areas
• Have minimum of 2 special education teachers on staff
• Obtain clear criminal background check and child protection registry results
• Complete tuberculosis screening

• Operate comprehensive program for regular and special education students
• Provide individualized educational and social-emotional services
• Implement positive behavior support and character education
• Develop and monitor personalized service plans for students
• Maintain academic functioning as measured by state assessments
• Provide transition services for students returning to home schools
• Offer English Language Development services to multilingual learners
• Implement district's Student Manual of Rights and Responsibilities
• Provide registered nurse to meet state code requirements
• Submit detailed budget and cost proposal
