• Demonstrated proficiency in case management and/or workforce development
• Legally authorized to conduct business in Michigan
• Ability to manage services at six locations
• Adequate financial resources or ability to obtain them
• Satisfactory record of past performance and integrity

• Deliver out-of-school youth services at two career centers
• Provide career coaching at four alternative high schools
• Implement special projects like foster care summer employment program
• Design comprehensive youth workforce development program
• Conduct outreach and recruitment to meet enrollment goals
• Provide case management and career exploration services
• Facilitate work-based training opportunities
• Meet WIOA and Ballmer performance measures
