The primary goal is to implement comprehensive clean energy projects in existing buildings. The selected ESCO will perform an Investment Grade Audit and subsequent implementation of the work. The buyer aims to engage a single or multiple ESCOs to provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, and services for successful ESPC implementation.

- Perform Investment Grade Audit of existing buildings
- Implement comprehensive clean energy projects in existing buildings

- Conduct energy efficiency assessments and recommendations
- Design and install renewable energy systems
