Buyer seeks to create a pre-qualified list of muralists for future public art projects. Selected artists will be invited to submit proposals for specific mural projects on City property over the next three years. Projects will be in highly visible areas with high traffic. The first anticipated project is on a backup generator enclosure at the Dublin Public Library in Summer 2025.
