• Conduct social media audit to benchmark existing status
• Maintain, update and expand City's social media accounts
• Provide recommendations for day-to-day community management
• Create content and posting strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Incorporate bilingual (Spanish) information into social media accounts
• Provide monthly billing statements with detailed contract information
• Perform related tasks as directed by the City
