• Established track record in conducting and delivering comprehensive independent financial audit reports
• Supervising auditors must be Certified Public Accountants licensed in California
• Supervising auditors must have at least 5 years prior experience auditing school district financial records

• Conduct comprehensive financial audit of all District funds and resources
• Prepare audit reports including opinions on financial statements and internal controls
• Report on compliance with laws and regulations for federal and state programs
• Conduct exit conferences and attend meetings with District staff
• File audit reports with required agencies
