The services include debt issuance, management, analysis and structure. The contract will be for 60 months. - Assist in selecting underwriters for financings
- Structure and provide financing input related to energy programs
- Review pricing and fee structure offered by underwriters
- Assist in determining structure and timing for sale
- Assist in preparing and reviewing all documents necessary for financing transactions
- Coordinate lease transactions for school boards and municipalities
- Attend MCIA meetings and be available for additional meetings
- Answer questions related to all financings
- Provide SEC Secondary Market Disclosure Compliance assistance
- Assist with MCIA Guaranteed Leasing Program
