• Scan approximately 386,673 standard-sized papers and 882 large-format drawings
• Create searchable/accessible PDF documents meeting HB21-1110 requirements
• Provide on-demand scanning of specific files within 24 hours
• Generate a 'Master File List' inventory of all scanned files
• Securely shred or return all physical files after scanning
