The buyer is seeking a lead public relations, marketing, and communications agency to provide on-call support. The agency will develop communication plans, produce marketing materials, assist with events, and provide brand analysis. The focus is on increasing awareness of resource efficiency services to meet state and federal mandates. The selected firm may also support the Roseville Utility Exploration Center, a co-managed learning facility.
