• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, human resources, finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of organizational design and development principles
• Proven track record of successful organizational change initiatives
• LEAN certified

• Identify strengths and weaknesses
• Develop comprehensive reorganization strategy
• Collaborate with management to implement solutions
