The buyer is seeking proposals for high-speed data services at 250Mbps or higher. The successful respondent will provide services including retaining existing circuits, installation, and ongoing maintenance. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions. The buyer requires compliance with E-Rate program rules and a detailed Service Level Agreement.

• Supply industry standard Service Level Agreement
• Provide connectivity between demarc and MDF locations
• Include growth clause for potential service upgrades
• Comply with E-Rate program rules and regulations
• Provide Lowest Corresponding Price for services
• Submit detailed implementation plan if applicable
• Offer contract terms with optional extensions
• Provide itemized cost breakdown for all services
