• Manage computer systems and network including servers, hardware, and software
• Perform desktop application support and troubleshooting
• Maintain network equipment including switches, firewalls, and routers
• Manage email accounts and maintain virus detection programs
• Provide strategic planning and technical leadership for server technology
• Support police-specific applications and secure video server
• Maintain point-of-sales platforms at Lakeside Golf Course
• Perform regular analysis and routine configuration changes
• Conduct periodic security audits
• Respond to service interruptions within specified timeframes
