The buyer is seeking proposals to establish and operate two licensed Long-Term Structured Residences (LTSRs). These facilities will provide highly structured therapeutic residential mental health treatment for adults with serious mental illnesses and forensic risks. The LTSRs are designed as community-based alternatives to hospitalization, aiming to enhance individual functioning and stabilize psychiatric symptoms. The project targets two distinct populations, with one LTSR accommodating individuals who may also have Intellectual Disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses.
