The buyer is seeking information technology and network support services. The successful vendor will be responsible for maintaining servers, network devices, local area networks, and workstations. • 5 years experience with municipal government networks
• 5 years experience with police/fire computer aided dispatch systems
• 5 years experience with municipal financial software
• 5-10 years experience designing secure network infrastructures
• 5-10 years experience with Active Directory and Windows

• Maintain servers, network devices, switches, hubs, routers and firewalls
• Provide email spam services and security updates
• Perform server systems administration and data backup
• Maintain local area network and provide emergency support
• Support workstation and software installation
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Provide guidance on upgrades and budget estimates
• Assist with migration to cloud storage
• Coordinate phishing testing and network monitoring
• Track and plan for hardware/software end-of-life upgrades
