Buyer seeks a qualified firm to develop a public health education campaign on medical marijuana use. The campaign will focus on safe storage, youth prevention, and risks during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Buyer requires creation of visual/print materials, digital/social ads, and media buy management. The campaign will run from May through July 2025 with a $25,000 budget.

• Five years minimum experience performing similar work
• Proven record of performing work of similar nature for at least five years

• Develop creative and marketing collateral materials for medical marijuana messaging
• Create visual/print items, digital/social advertisements, and short videos
• Manage media buy and placement
• Provide media analysis with tracking and reporting of ad placements
• Educate on safe, legal, and responsible use of marijuana
• Prevent youth access to marijuana
• Highlight risks of marijuana use during pregnancy/breastfeeding
• Increase perceptions of risk related to problematic marijuana use
• Facilitate diverse media mix across various platforms
• Deliver campaign within $25,000 budget over 3 months
