The buyer is seeking professional engineering consultants to provide construction inspection services for roadway and drainage improvement projects in Morris County. Services include inspection of drainage improvements and roadway milling and resurfacing work from April to October 2025. The inspector will be responsible for observing contractor work, documenting progress, reviewing materials, and maintaining detailed project records. Approximately 20-30 miles of roadway work will be inspected during this period.

• Provide construction inspection services for milling and resurfacing projects
• Observe and document progress and quality of contractor work
• Notify county of any non-conforming work or issues
• Take measurements and compile daily reports and quantities
• Review shop drawings and material samples
• Coordinate with contractors on work schedules
• Attend pre-construction and on-site project meetings
• Inspect quality of construction materials and workmanship
• Maintain detailed records of project activities and progress
• Assist with final project closeout and documentation
