Buyer seeks a contractor to provide turnkey services for the maintenance and security of their network infrastructure. This includes voice and data networks, servers, software, and device management. The contractor must ensure 99.99% network uptime and provide various technical services such as server setup, endpoint deployment, and security implementation. The contract is for an initial term of four years with possible extension.

• Network Engineering Certification and experience
• Server Administration Certification and experience
• Experience with UPS equipment and power systems
• Experience with WAN/LAN connections of similar scope and size
• Cisco VOIP authorized maintenance provider

• Maintain and secure voice and data networks
• Manage servers and associated components
• Provide software and device management
• Ensure 99.99% network uptime
• Maintain telephone network equipment
• Configure and maintain physical and virtual servers
• Deploy and manage Windows and Apple devices
• Implement security systems and firewalls
• Perform disaster recovery and network backups
• Troubleshoot systems, hardware, and software issues
