The buyer seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and install an exterior signage package for their Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation project. The work includes building identification signs, regulatory signs, and directional wayfinding signs to be completed in two phases. The contractor will be responsible for developing shop drawings, obtaining permits, and coordinating installation. The project also involves providing proposals for additional exterior signage at various buyer locations as needed.

• 3/27/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/31/2026 - Phase I install date
• 5/31/2027 - Phase II install date

• Possess Sign Electrician Contractor license from Miami-Dade County or State of Florida Specialty Electrical Contractor license
• Have experience with minimum of 2 similar projects completed within past 5 years
• Have minimum of 3 years continuously in business providing sign fabrication and installation services
• Possess equipment, staff and resources to manufacture all signs in-house

• Design exterior signage package including building identification, regulatory, and directional wayfinding signs
• Develop shop drawings for owner approval
• Fabricate signage in accordance with approved design
• Install signage in two separate phases
• Obtain individual permits for each sign as required
• Provide proposals for additional exterior signage at various JHS locations as needed
