The provider will manage network infrastructure, servers, cybersecurity, and help desk support. The buyer requires collaboration with an onsite Tier 1 employee and expertise in specific systems like ProPhoenix CAD. • Minimum of 5 years in business
• Experience working with government agencies (preferred)
• Expertise in network, server, and cybersecurity
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace
• Experience with Law enforcement software and CAD systems
• Ability to provide onsite support within 45 minutes
• Employees must pass BCII and FBI background checks
• Employees must be LEADS certified

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for three entities
• Provide network management, including security and documentation
• Manage servers, including backups and disaster recovery
• Implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures and SOC monitoring
• Offer Tier 2/3 help desk support and vendor management
• Collaborate with onsite Tier 1 employee
• Ensure compliance with CJIS and other applicable standards
• Provide detailed documentation and regular reporting
• Support Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace environments
• Manage ProPhoenix CAD system and other key software
