• Significant experience in public sector auditing
• Experience auditing redevelopment agencies and grant funded public projects
• Familiarity with New Jersey Schools Development Authority reporting requirements
• Ability to provide services in a timely fashion

• Conduct annual audits of books and financial records
• Prepare reports of audits with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
• Review financial transactions and verify accounting practices
• Compile financial statements and reports using basic data
• Maintain essential auditing records and files
• Utilize electronic and manual recording systems
• Prepare UCRA audit report for year-end audit
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accounting procedures
• Provide consulting services related to auditing
• Perform any necessary tasks for completion of duties
