The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to review the technical capabilities of applications to the Alaska Broadband Grant Program. The contractor will evaluate network designs, project routes, budgets, and performance requirements for proposed broadband deployments. They will provide pass/fail evaluations on technical criteria for grant applications. The buyer estimates 50 reviews will be required, not to exceed 65.

• Professional Engineering certification in Electrical Engineering
• At least five years of telecommunications experience

• Assess capital investment schedules and budgets for broadband projects
• Determine if proposed networks meet performance requirements for unserved/underserved locations
• Provide pass/fail evaluations on technical criteria for grant applications
