Buyer requires licensing of digital geophysical well-logs (LAS files) in California, primarily covering the Central Valley. Data will be used to identify, survey, and assess subsurface geologic reservoirs for carbon sequestration by the California Geological Survey in compliance with state legislation (SB 905). The contract requires providing access to minimum 44,000 digital geophysical well-logs, interpretation-ready logs, predicted digital logs, and mud/lithology logs for onshore wells via a website portal for 3 years.

- Maintain data access via website portal for 3 years
- Ensure well data can verify with raster images
- Include updates to the database as they become available
- Support carbon sequestration geological assessments
- Enable subsurface geologic reservoir identification and suitability assessment
