The buyer is seeking proposals for Technology and Facility Security Services at the Cass County Justice Center. The selected vendor will provide maintenance, support, and repair services for the Justice Center's security systems. This includes jail intercoms, door access controls, touchscreen software, and surveillance cameras. The project requires approximately 16 hours per week of technician services and additional administrative support.

• Maintain and service jail intercoms (Harding System)
• Maintain and service door access controls (Schneider Electric System)
• Maintain and service touchscreen software (Wonderware)
• Maintain and service surveillance cameras (Avigilon System)
• Provide scheduled and on-call maintenance
• Perform system updates and troubleshooting
• Offer emergency support for urgent security issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and proactive system checks
• Provide dedicated project management services
• Ensure optimal functionality of all security systems
