Consultant for Strategic Plan Development

The buyer seeks a consultant to aid in developing the College's new strategic plan. The consultant will collaborate with College leadership, assess current practices, gather feedback from stakeholders, survey future trends in higher education and workforce development, and provide a recommended plan for implementation. The project includes three phases: Discovery, Drafting, and Delivering, culminating in a comprehensive strategic plan with vision statement, core values, and strategic goals.

- Review current internal qualitative and quantitative studies of the College
- Engage college constituents via interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Conduct a needs assessment based on college data and initiatives
- Evaluate community-needs research and College's position
- Draft vision statement, core institutional values, and strategic goals
- Recommend key performance indicators
- Present final version of strategic plan in-person
- Create final document and executive summary for public review
