• Licensed for public practice as a CPA in Georgia
• Meet independence requirements of Government Auditing Standards
• Staff meet continuing education requirements for government audits
• No record of substandard audit work
• Agree to terms and conditions in RFP

• Conduct financial and compliance audits for 5 fiscal years
• Prepare financial statements and related notes
• Perform Single Audit if required
• Test expenditures of Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax proceeds
• Verify expenditures from Governor's emergency fund or special project appropriations
• Prepare required audit reports and management letter
• Present findings to government entity representatives
• Comply with applicable auditing standards and regulations
• Maintain work papers for 7 years
• Adhere to engagement deadlines
