• Conduct financial audit for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027
• Provide Independent Auditors' Report in accordance with Government Auditing Standards
• Prepare Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
• Perform Federal Single Audit if required
• Review component units and blended entities of Connecticut Green Bank
• Evaluate compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) standards
• Assess internal controls and financial reporting processes
• Analyze clean energy and environmental infrastructure investments
• Examine grant funding and federal award compliance
• Review green bond issuances and related financial activities
