The audit will cover financial statements for governmental activities, major funds, and aggregate fund information for the year ending June 30, 2025. The contract may be renewed annually for up to six years. Audits must comply with relevant auditing standards and regulations.

• Licensed to perform municipal audit services in the State of Oregon

• Conduct financial audit of governmental activities, major funds, and aggregate fund information
• Examine evidence supporting financial statement amounts and disclosures
• Assess accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management
• Evaluate overall financial statement presentation
• Analyze and apply audit procedures to supplementary information
• Study and evaluate internal control systems
• Prepare audit reports and management letter
• Present audit findings to District School Board
