• Licensed Certified Public Accounting firm in Illinois
• Significant experience and knowledge of Illinois school district auditing
• Meet continuing professional education requirements of Government Auditing Standards
• Member of AICPA, AICPA's Governmental Audit Quality Center, and Illinois CPA Society
• Existing engagements with at least three other school districts

• Conduct annual financial audit for five years ending June 30, 2025-2029
• Prepare and express opinion on financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct single audit in compliance with Uniform Guidance
• Prepare Annual Financial Report (AFR) for Illinois State Board of Education
• Assist with completion of Consolidated Year-End Financial Report (CYFER)
• Present audit findings to Board Finance Committee and School Board
• Provide management letter identifying areas of risk in internal controls
• Serve as resource for accounting and internal control issues throughout the year
• Calculate and prepare pension-related adjustments for government-wide financial statements
• Maintain online repository for collecting and storing electronic audit files
