San Antonio Water System

The buyer is seeking qualified creative graphics design firms to assist with design and development of program support materials. Services include conceptual development, writing, graphic design, web design, multimedia production, and print production. The contract is for one year with four one-year extension options. The buyer may select one or more consultants for the contract award.

• 3/14/2025 - Receipt of Written Questions Due
• 3/21/2025 - Q & A Posted to Website
• 3/28/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/3/2025 - SAWS Board Consideration and Award

• Proven record of at least 5 years' experience
• Previously worked with city or state organizations
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to track and regularly invoice for services

• Provide conceptual development including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production
• Develop messaging and target audiences for projects
• Create cost estimates and timelines for project assignments
• Implement current SAWS approved design standards
• Provide raw video, images, and native files including fonts after project completion
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Track and invoice SAWS regularly for services
• Create new website templates or modify existing design assets
• Develop program support materials for online and print production needs
• Provide creative graphics design services on an as-needed basis
