• Project Lead must have 3 years experience in real estate development, property valuation, and market analysis within last 5 years

• Analyze physical characteristics of properties
• Estimate property valuations
• Recommend proposed uses to maximize intended outcomes
• Estimate costs and revenue generating potential
• Identify funding sources for proposed uses
• Analyze education code implications and constraints
• Evaluate current programming at opportunity sites
• Provide scenarios to redistribute programs
• Complete property optimization analysis
• Deliver final report by September 1, 2025
