• Qualified architectural firm
• Experience with at least two similar projects
• Minimum of three relevant references

• Inspect 3 buildings in Downtown Plattsburgh for reuse/rehabilitation suitability
• Meet with building owners to discuss desired renovations and budgets
• Complete detailed analyses including layouts, structural and code analysis, pro formas, cost estimates
• Formulate façade recommendations for each identified building
• Provide technical assistance to downtown property owners
• Position the City for future New York Main Street funding
• Label project materials as works for hire and exclusive property of the Recipient
• Include statement about funding assistance in final reports
• Complete work substantially by July 2025
• Deliver final report to the City of Plattsburgh
