The system will facilitate information analytics, visualization, and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve public health and environmental outcomes. It will allow the buyer to consolidate, validate, reformat, assess, and share environmental data before submitting to USEPA via WQX and the Exchange Network. The system must manage multiple environmental data types, generate reports, and provide flexible import/export features.

• Capable of operating in web-based or cloud-based environment
• System can prepare data for delivery to EPA's Water Quality Exchange (WQX)
• System can integrate with other Enterprise systems
• Two years' experience managing similar projects for three entities
