Buyer seeks a contractor to reduce access to tobacco products, reduce exposure to secondhand smoke, and promote tobacco cessation in East Cities of San Diego County. The contractor will facilitate adoption of comprehensive tobacco retail licensing policies, smoke-free outdoor public places policies, and conduct general tobacco-related efforts. Key activities include economic development planning, stakeholder education, decision maker engagement, and policy implementation support. The contract term is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
