• Must have an active MBE certification at the time the solicitation closes
• Must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer of the products being bid

• Provide two single-user seat licenses of AutoCAD
• Supply five IMAGINiT support licenses
• Ensure licenses are valid for the period 07/01/2054 - 06/30/2026
• Submit an authorized dealer or manufacturer certification letter
• Complete the Supplier Document Grid with quote description and price
• Maintain quoted price validity for 60 days
• Register in the Ohio Buys Supplier Portal
• Submit all inquiries through the Inquiry Field in Ohio Buys
