• Conduct financial and compliance audit of basic financial statements
• Audit major federal awards programs including ARPA funding
• Compile final financial package with statements and reports
• Provide advice on financial accounting and reporting issues
• Issue reports on financial statements, internal controls, and compliance
• Conduct audit in accordance with U.S. GAAS and Government Auditing Standards
• Attend planning and exit meetings with County personnel
• Consider internal controls when designing audit procedures
• Communicate significant audit findings to those charged with governance
• Make working papers available upon request
